The culture that bubbles and boils inside of the Made Fashion Week solar system has finally been made available in the form of cosmic prints strewn across the fabric of outwear made specifically for MADE for Macy’s Impulse Collection. To celebrate this NASA worthy launch, some of the brightest stars in the galaxy showed up for a party in the Milk Studios Penthouse. Proper first looks of the new line were seen as they rode up MIlk’s freight elevator, draped on the backs of taste makers Chloe Norgaard, Zanna Roberts Rassi, Athena Calderone and Va$htie.
Friends of MIlk and MADE like Coco Rocha, Hillary Rhoda, Athena Calderone, Maluca Mala, Chelsea Leyland and Theopolis London could be seen sipping drinks next to MADE designers Katie Gallagher, Carly Cushnie & Michelle Ochs (Cushnie Et Ochs) and Jeffrey Costello & Robert Tagliapietra (Costello Tagliapietra). The packed penthouse got down to music spun and sung by Dough Rollers, Atlanta de Cadenet Taylor and Angel Haze - whose performance was short enough to leave everyone wanting more, but long and powerful enough to keep her name floating through the air for the rest of the night.
It was a perfect introduction to the new Impulse line, proving to everyone that if this is where it starts, it’s going to be a lot of fun to watch what comes next.
The new MADE for Macy’s Impulse Collection is now available. You can shop the full collection here.
