Tara Subkoff assembled an army of gorgeous blondes for her AW11 Imitation presentation at Milk. In preparation, the designer gave her models a few words of wisdom: “Be seductive, powerful, and very sexy,” the designer said as she addressed her troop of Veronica Lakes. “Take it off and play with your guests. Don’t make it campy school of modeling. I want you to be in control, be a star, and have fun with it just like the real Hollywood legends did.”

The presentation also featured a generous gifting table (courtesy of Trent Group) where everything from universal remotes to instant shakes was up for grabs. Chloe Sevigny, one of the first faces to make it to the show, knew exactly which present she wanted. “I want to go home looking like that,” she winked while staring at the blonde parade.
